I too am concerned.
Discussions related to both the Global Alliance and CS-Private sector
statements did take place, but didn't go through an open process.
Though it's easy to quick respond and come up with a document in
smaller spaces, the effort needs to be done to have those in this -
plenary - space involved.
In regards to "global alliance" - i can't see it as a purely "virtual
body". As it seems to have a "set" launch date - it without a doubt
people will people and/or organizations to sit as members. If that's
the case, could we not go through the same type of open process we
did when submitting names to the WGIG.
