[WSIS CS-Plenary] ALERT: new earthquake off Indonesia, tsunami alert

An earthquake measuring 8.5 on the richter scale has just occurred off 
of Indonesia, along the same fault as the one that generated the 
December tsunami.

Please alert colleagues in coastal Southeast Asia and South Asia as soon
as possible.
