Perhaps it should be suitable to include an issue
regarding financing issues as they can be seen from a
subregional view (subregional planning of heavy
invests, subregional efforts for trainning etc....)
The finance list could help and feed with substance if
any
Il pourrait être utile de compléter les thèmes par un
point sur les finances pour réfléchir et faire des
propositions notamment en matière d'intégration sous
régionale des investissements lours et de formation.
La liste qui traite des problèmes de financement peut
aider en apportant quelques éléments de substance si
nécessaire
