Please find attached the contribution sent to the WSIS Executive secretariat
on behalf of the African Civil Society Caucus for the 7 GFC meeting
(amendment of the new document proposed by the Chair). They have acknowledge
reception this morning. Thanks for all.
PS: Dear Sonja, we have put "regret"  instead of "deplore" as suggested by
