This meeting is an opportunity to go deeper in the analysis of one of the
thematics transverse  to the Word Matters and of major interest to us. What
we propose here is an experience of open debate with  three key civil
society actors devoted to a fairer balance of the intellectual property
rights.
It will be also an occasion to dedicate the book at the end of the meeting.

In their communities, men and women are mobilized to change their conditions
of life. Thanks to the utilization of the technologies of the information
and the communication, these people unify efforts to share concret
knowledges and experiences in a natural solidarity. In these meetings born
I-ltwinning projects, a new dynamics of international cooperation. More than
forty micro-projects are linking groups from Europa and Latin America.

Dans leurs communautés, des hommes et des femmes se mobilisent pour
transformer leurs conditions de vie. Grâce à l¹utilisation des technologies
de l¹information et la communication ces personnes réunissent leurs efforts,
échangent des savoirs et des expériences dans une logique de solidarité. De
ces rencontre sont nés les I-jumelages, une dynamique de coopération
internationale alternative. Plus de quarante micro-projets rassemblent des
groupes d¹Europe et d¹Amérique Latine.
