[WSIS CS-Plenary] Resumed PrepCom-3

Dear all,
PrepCom-3 will be reconvened on 13 November as of 12:00. There will be a
flag rising ceremony between 11:00 - 12:00. The Kram will be closed from 12
November 23:00 -13 November 11:45. We therefore have no space/time to meet
before.
The following sessions are foreseen:
Sunday, 13 November: 12:00 - 15:00; 15:00 - 18:00; 18:00 - 21:00
Monday,14 November: 10:00 - 13:00; 15:00 - 18:00; 18:00 - 21:00; 21:00 -
24:00 (if necessary)
Tuesday,15 Nobember: 9:00 - 12: 00; 12:00 - 14:00, at what time they hope to
have the final document ready for a scheduled Press Conference
(Adina will give you more details about an evtl. CS Press Conference at that
time)
The good news is that we have confirmed CS space as of 13 November for
Office space, CSB and/or Caucus meetings. Philippe/Alejandra will have more
details.
A CS Plenary during PrepCom-3 (so far) can only be convened on Monday from
8:45--9:45.
We hope to get possibilities for web-casting (at least sound ) for the
PrepCom. Over flow rooms are not available.
