The message was actually meant for the entire team; it was not meant for any
specific person, as everyone needs to be aware.

If you are journalist and were accredited to the Geneva phase of WSIS, when
going for your accreditation for this Tunis Phase, you need to check if you
were asked to summit the same documentation. The answer is NO.

Secondly, prove of journalistic activity was enough for accreditation at
Geneva phase, it is not so in the Tunis; so, for African journalists who have
to battle first with funding, and then with airline problems - most African
countries don't have direct flights to Tunis - they simply got frustrated and
decided to stay out of the show.
