[WSIS CS-Plenary] UN Changes Goal post for Tunis Phase for Media, etc

Hi
I'm a bit lost - they changed the  documentation requirements and made
them more stringent?
What did you need to produce instead of proof of journalistic activity?
BTW - most places don't have direct flights to Tunis - Caribbean
people had a very long flight with many connections to get there as
well...
