[WSIS CS-Plenary] Prepcom III completes work

Hi all,

Just a quick report from the Kram Centre.

In a surprise turn, Prepcom III managed to complete its work this  
evening at around 2300 hours with forceful chairing and well-brokered  
deals.  Sub-committees A and B managed to complete their work, and  
the final Tunis Agenda for Action and Tunis Commitment documents were  
adopted.

The Chair reported that tomorrow morning the final texts will be  
available in English, and then in all other official languages by  
Thursday.

Tomorrow we can analyze more closely the adopted documents.   
Meanwhile the opening ceremony and WSIS can begin with a fully-agreed  
document.
