[WSIS CS-Plenary] Time table for tomorrow: entrance in the Plenary room NOT AFTER 9:45 for opening ceremony

8:30 to 09:15 - Organizational Meeting (Plenary Hall), public meeting.

10:00 to 11:00 - Opening Ceremony of the Tunis Phase of the Summit
NOTE THAT THE DOORS OF THE PLENARY HALL WILL BE CLOSED BETWEEN 9:45 and 11.00,
EVEN FOR HOLDER OF VALID OVERPASSES.

If you get a valid overpass, BE IN THE PLENARY HALL BEFORE 9:45 (preferably
9:30).

Access to the Plenary Hall will be limited to participants wearing a purple
overpass.

All overpasses were distributed to CS Caucus/WG/family coordinators this
afternoon, as well as to new comers who duly requested such an overpass who
came and withdraw it at the CS information desk this afternoon.
