[WSIS CS-Plenary] Swiss President at opening ceremony

FYI - The President of Switzerland just made a strong statement inside 
his speech at the opening ceremony, stressing that media should be free 
and human rights should be respected inside and outside the premises of 
the Summit, and this is a precondition for this Summit to succeed. This 
part of his discourse was repeatedly interrupted by loud applauses by 
the entire hall.
