[WSIS CS-Plenary] How will you celebrate World Information Society Day?

Dear list,

May 17 is the "World Telecommunication Day" celebrated by ITU. The Day commemorates the signing of the Internetal Telegraph Convention in Paris in 1865 which is seen as the birthday of todays ITU. Does anyone have an idea, how the two "world days" will be interlinked in the future? Or will it merge?
