Dear Karen
I think that CSDPTT could be present at Bamako because of our particular links with our friends' organizations and partners in our actions there (creating access to ICT network for remote rural villages and communities). This will also be the topic of our intervetion there, with a link to WSIS which failed to put this very important goal within its highest priorities. For obvious reasons : there are no explicit piorities (benchmarking, calendar of implementaion, financing resources, etc ...) in the WSIS Action Plan, and as far as I/we know, there aren't either in the "Tunis documents.
Best regards
Jean-Louis Fullsack
