[WSIS CS-Plenary] proposed list of speakers for Tunis

HI Laina
I doubt that the CS should be multistakeholder as we are one of the
stakeholders. Can't include Govt and business in the CS, I don't
think.
I agree that the speakers should represent the geographic, gender,
cultural diversity of CS.
But isn't that what Rik et al tried to do with the criteria? At least
that's what I got form the emails he sent.
