[WSIS CS-Plenary] nomination of Brenda Zulu

Just to be clear. Brenda Zulu is nominated as a Highway Africa News  
Agency journalist, ..... NOT ...... as an APC member.

Highway Africa is a network of 400 journalists across Africa who  
specialise in ICT reporting. The agency, Brenda in particular, has  
been involved in WSIS. She has been nominated as a working  
journalist, with a long track record of reporting on WSIS who is an  
expert and has a developing world perspective.
