I'd like to send a package of materials from the United States to my hotel 
in Tunis.  Does anyone have information about how reliable the mail service is?

I believe there is WiFi at the Tunis airport.  Is that free?  At Kram?  At 
any hotels?  When I am traveling, I usually buy by the day, and 
occasionally; I don't have full time wireless subscription access in the 
US.  For WSIS I would like access for longer.  Do I need to buy something 
here?  There?
