Agreed. Can we have an update so we can also coordinate within our
respective caucuses if needed. Given experience from Geneva, I agree we
should not leave this to the last minute.

Ok folks - yet another logistical issue to remind you about before the end
of the day (at least my day)...

The issue of "overpasses" was discussed at the recent prepcom 3 in Geneva. A
policy, better said - a process and procedure was developed.

If I recall correctly, each CS entity (caucus, working group, family,
etc..) was supposed to nominate a person to be their "overpass" focal point.
Said person would submit an overpass request, and then commit to distribute
them to their caucuses. Well, is the procedure in theory....

In practice, I have serious reservations that it will work ... I say this
from experience, as I was involved in the logistics of overpass distribution
at the Geneva 03 summit....

Not wanting to leave things to the - very last minute - i'd like to ask for
an update. Can the Phillippe & Alejandra give us an update on how many CS
entities have in fact replied with the information requested.

thanks

regards,

Robert
