well, let's all raise the question to national delegations and see if  
they can get an answer. After all, they will be in Geneva next week  
and can ask the ITU...

I read somewhere that the document was only going to be released once  
it got approved by the Tunisian Parliament....if it has, and there  
might be people who might be able to tell us - then the ITU should  
release it. So they promised over, and over...

I know several countries have also asked to see it. Whether they have  
been able to get a copy, don't know. I think they are in the same  
situation we are.

Such an important document , and hidden from all of us... hmm. a  
taste of things to come..?
