[WSIS CS-Plenary] reporting during Prepcom III - volunteers needed

Dear Friends,

Once again, we are challenged with a crowded agenda for both the
inter-governmental process and our own NGO activities for Prepcom
III. For the many civil society participants who can not be in
Geneva, it is important that we try and be as transparent and
inclusive as possible by reporting in a timely manner on the various
proceedings.

I am happy to help coordinate reporting on the official meetings, as
I have done in the past. Monitoring the official negotiations
requires dedicated and attentive volunteers who carefully take notes
at the meetings and then share them with the larger plenary. This is
most easily managed if people volunteer to take certain meeting times
and then are present at the next civil society plenary meeting the
following morning to report, as well as sharing their notes with the
virtual plenary email list as soon as possible. I can also post
these reports to the CONGO website on a rolling basis.

Please reply to me directly to rik.panganiban at ngocongo.org if you are
willing to volunteer to help monitor the meetings. Please indicate
when you will be in Geneva. We'll establish a schedule once I know
how many volunteers monitors we have.

Thanks for your assistance.
