[WSIS CS-Plenary] Plenary: Reporting and discussion

Dear Karen,

Thanks for offering to do this. Speaking as someone who is very interested
in what is happening, but who is not in Geneva, I think it would be of great
benefit to have a blog and/or a broadcast-only repository.

Best wishes,
Andrew Calabrese

Dear all

A note of clarification on my proposal to create a list, specifically to
help those who are not in geneva, to follow the process - which would also
provide an archive for future reference.

This would be an information only list (sometimes referred to as a
'broadcast only' or yes, newslist). It would not be a discussion list. It
would act as a repositary for reports and statements only.

In fact, there would be no need to subscribe to the list, as the list
archive (web-based) could be viewed by everyone without the need to
subscribe.

karen
