13:00. ****

Instituto del Tercer Mundo (ITeM) invites all WSIS stakeholders the panel
debate "WSIS in the context of ICTs global governance processes" to be held
at the Palais des Nations, Salle XXII, on Tuesday 27th.

This event is aimed at presenting and debating outcomes produced in the
context of ITeM's "WSIS Papers" Project.

Presentations will cover the main issues at stake in WSIS second phase, as
well as multilateral processes that have a strong impact on ICT global
governance and their linkages to the WSIS.
