Cher DJilali, chers tous,

  Je ne voudrais pas être en porte-à-faux mais je crois que cette remarque pertinente mérite notre attention à tous.
  Nous defendons une cause tout en faisant son contraire.En fait, la Société de l'Information est inclusive dans le respect de la diversité culturelle aussi bien des langues parlées.
  Maintenant que nous sommes rentrés dans la phase pratique des recommandations des deux phases du SMSI,notre responsabilité, collectivement et individuellement, est engagée.
  Association bidon ou Association active, nous allons devoir recolter ce que nous avons semé.

  I would not like to be cantilever but I believe that this relevant remark deserves our attention with all. In fact, the Information Society is inclusive in the respect of the cultural diversity as well of the spoken languages. Now that we returned in the practical phase of the recommendations of the two phases of the WSIS, our responsibility, collectively and individually, is committed. Submarine Association or active Association, we will owe recolter what we sowed.

Thanks to the Jean Louis contribution i support. 
There is a real need to reform the WSIS-CSB :
The problem is :
Who has the legitimacy to do it and for which aim....
Whow to do to ensure a social and regional
representativity equity, especially we all know that
the present CSB is under control of anglosaxon
entities, comming from or sponsorised by rich
countries...
This reform is comming in a moment when conditions are
non democratic and representative and non usefull we
had to do it the last day of our Tunis Metting when
thousands of persons were present and more or less
interested by the debate.
Even if we agree that the CSB must move we have to
think about the reform and propose it when thousands
of CS representatives will gather somewhere not
necessary in a WSIS framework but possibly in a futur
altermondialiste mouvement.
A last point : if we have to make a distinction
between real and governmental submarine associations
and NGOs we have to refer bith to government hidden
representatives but also private interest hidden
representatives.

La rÃ©forme du Bureau de la sociÃ©tÃ© civile fait
l'objet de discussions prÃ©paratoires Ã  la mise en
place d'un nouveau bureau qui risque de ressembler
comme deux gouttes d'eau au prÃ©cÃ©dent, voire Ã 
Ãªtre pire tant le Bureau actuel est sous domination
d'intÃ©rÃªt anglosaxon et l'on n'y peut rien (voir
simplement le peu de cas qui est fait aux langues des
dÃ©bats autre que l'anglais). 
Je pose le problÃ¨me de la reprÃ©sentativitÃ© sociale
(organisation reprÃ©sentant les intÃ©rÃªts des pays
pauvres) et rÃ©gionale rÃ©elle et non reprÃ©sentÃ©e
par des diasporas (composante trÃ©s Ã  la mode ...
heureux sont ceux qui ont pu s'Ã©loigner de la misÃ¨re
et qui de loin vont disposer de nouveaux pouvoirs de
reprÃ©sentativitÃ© des populations qu'ils ont
dÃ©laissÃ©es !
Je pose aussi le problÃ¨me du momentum : pourquoi ne
pas avoir lancÃ© ce dÃ©bat Ã  Tunis oÃ¹ il y avait des
milliers de participants et laisser ce dÃ©bat entre
les mains de quelques initiÃ©s qui ont toutes les
clefs du dÃ©bat et des dÃ©cisions.
Enfin il va falloir faire le tri des representations
du Nord comme du Sud entre vÃ©ritables associations et
associations bidon (sousmarines comme dirait Jean
Louis) mais qui dÃ©fendent les intÃ©rÃªts des
gouvernements mais aussi des intÃ©rÃªts du secteur
privÃ©....
Cette bataille ne fait que commencer, je suggÃ¨re que
chacun de nous la prenne en charge et que nous la
menions autour de nous et lors de rencontres de la
sociÃ©tÃ© civile mÃªme hors des rencontres du suivi du
SMSI, lors de rencontres de forum sociaux par
exemple....
