[WSIS CS-Plenary] 1000 expected in Greece?

I was surprised to see on the Greece web page that they are expecting only
1000 at the meeting this fall.

I had expected many more than that, an unofficial continuance of WSIS, with
much "off topic" activity.

What do others expect?
