Excuse me for this disturbance because I hesitated so much before writing
this email to you. But I have a concern. I will like to know if you could
help me to have a purse of formation on the governorship of Internet,
example with regard to Diplo Foundation etc., because considerable African
do not know truly what it is; governorship of Internet. Reason for which I
come to you so that you bring an expertise in this direction to me. I count
enormously on your frank collaboration.
