Sandza is a Francophone, so you should understand that she was
referring to governance, which is the same word in French, when she
said governorship. May be her concern (from what I can read between
the lines) is the the language useed in IG who she should not be
grasping. I hope some one can do the summary for her in French. Can
NOMCOM look into this?
