Thanks for compiling this information. You did, however, make one mistake. No one proposed "right to development" as a theme for the IGF. The message you link to was not a theme proposal but part of a debate between Parminder and I about whether RTD means anything.
It should be obvious on its face that RTD is not an "internet governance" issue per se. One could propose a theme linking RTD to IG (and in fact, Mawaki Chango's proposal on "Affordable Internet Access" seems to have already done that) but Parminder's message did not.
So please remove that from your list.
