[WSIS CS-Plenary] Provisional CS Nom Com and next steps

Dear all, 

I included the last nominee in the list, which therefore now closed to any
further nomination for the Global Alliance Strategy Council. There is total
number of 61 nominees <http://www.ngocongo.org/index.php?what=pag&id=10222>
, for a total number of 15 to 20 names to be recommended to UN DESA. Let me
know if there is any mistake in linking the web-pages from the list of
nominees. 

Please below the preliminary result of the random selection process for the
5 CS Nom Com members. The programme will be run again tomorrow morning in
order to confirm this result.

If some of the five randomly selected members are not available or do not
get back to me, the following volunteers will be contacted (with number 3;
1; 9; etc.). 

If nobody contests that result by tomorrow, the Nom Com will start
considering the nomination through on-line devices, based on the final list
of nominees. 

The road map is simple: I'll contact the 5 nom com members, we will
establish working methods and start discussions for a 8-day process
(establishment of criteria, selection of 15-20 nominees to be recommended to
UN DESA, submission of the recommendation by 19 May 2006, 6 pm NY Time).
I'll act as not voting facilitator among the 5 Nom Com members.
