The "governmental" (!) experts group delivered its report in 2005, there
will be a new one, to be set up in 2009:

"The General Assembly (...) Requests the Secretary-General, with the
assistance of a group of governmental experts, to be established in 2009
on the basis of equitable geographical distribution, to continue to study
existing and potential threats in the sphere of information security and
possible cooperative measures to address them, as well as the concepts
referred to in paragraph 2 above, and to submit a report on the results of
this study to the General Assembly at its sixty-fifth session;"

A/RES/60/45, 8 December 2005,
<http://daccessdds.un.org/doc/UNDOC/GEN/N05/490/30/PDF/N0549030.pdf?OpenElement>

Note: The United States were the only government to vote against this, see
<http://daccessdds.un.org/doc/UNDOC/GEN/N05/632/48/PDF/N0563248.pdf?OpenElement>,
page 17-18).
Anyone know why?
