Bill and friends,

All the best for some good interactions ...

Wish some more of us could be there !! Sigh!

Suppose we will have to wait for a day when UN institutions and structures
locate more uniformly across the world ... Or at least rotate their meetings
and events, so that Asia/Africa/Latin America folks also have turns at
easier access :-(

Guru

AND CHINA ON WSIS

Adam,

Per my message yesterday, the G77 secretariat will give the security guards
at the gate the list of attendees, so there is no problem getting into the
Palais.
We just need to know the names ASAP.

They are expecting about 15 to 20 governments. Particularly given all that
has transpired previously and where we are now in the process, it would be
preferable if there were more than four civil society people willing to meet
with them.
