[WSIS CS-Plenary] MAG dictates rules and agenda for IGF?

This calls for serious considerations and discussions
by all stakeholdrs.
It is too early in the life of MAG still in its
emryonic stage to be faced with the OBJECTIVE
OBSERVATION(? THREAT), that is being made now.
Caution is the word.
