I just found this morning on the webpage of the CSTD Inter session panel a
first (and probably very preliminary) proposal

68>  for a multi year program of work for the WSIS follow up. It was
prepared by the CSTD Secretariat in the perspective of the May 2007 session.
The note is self explanatory about that.
