[WSIS CS-Plenary] Review of CS Bureau - long overdue and much needed

Before discussing of elections, composition, etc... could anyone please 
explain what is the intended role and mission of the WSIS CS Bureau 
since the WSIS is no more? There are many possible ones, but there needs 
to be broad support and consensus on a mission (as it happened for the 
IG Caucus) for such an entity to continue working. Otherwise, it's just 
a waste of time.
