[WSIS CS-Plenary] Financing CS from LDCs.

Hello again.

First, the good news.
Following negotiations started in Paris, at UNESCO, the
ambassador of Finland, told me this afternoon that
the CSB is welcome to make officially a resquest
to the European Union in order to provide
financial assistance to Civil Society representative
  from LDCs, in order to attend the next WSIS meetings.
( around twenty  persons. ).

Suite à des négotiations entamées à Paris, à L'UNESCO
L'ambassadeur de Finlande m'auorisé me dire, que
l'Union Europe est disposée à recevoir d'une manière
officielle, une requète du Bureau pour assurer
une aide financière aux représentants (max<20 )
de la SC des PVD, pour participer aux prochaines
réunion du SMSI.
