[WSIS CS-Plenary] Financing CS from LDCs.

Je ne traduis pas en Français le message suivant mais
je me révolte contre cette attitude réactive et
inefficace de traiter les problèmes de la société
civile avec un manque de respect à l'égard de ceux qui
ne pratique pas la langue de sheakspeare et qui se
trouvent exclus du débat.

Thanks Magaly and Francis.
Francis is doing his best in tring to "negiciate" all
the time and everywhere pomoting Civile society and
mobilizing resources. He need our thanks.
Of course, obtaining from a representative of a rich
European country, who is the representative of
European Union a promess to obtain something to help
the CS is a good thing. But we are fare from our aims.
We do need for the CS a status to negociate in
transparency and equity what we have to mobilize, for
what and how to allocate such resources.....
I do continue to think that today the Civile society
play a roel of alibi to give to the private sector
more power and more legitimacy to deal with global
negociation.
