It has not been my wish to "police" the listserv or to add to the
comments which do not contain substance relevant to more than one or
two listserv members. However, respectfully, I (and I'm sure others)
would be most grateful if individuals would abide by the rules of
netiquette and refrain from sharing with the whole list individual
exchanges with other individuals.
