Dear Meryem

Many thanks for the prompt answer

If I look at the web page of the CS forum in Seoul,
it is indicated

*Organized by*

    * The Public Voice Coalition
    * OECD Civil Society Reference Group
    * The Trade Union Advisory Committee (TUAC)

This would mean that The Public Voice Coalition
and the OECD Civil Society Reference Group
are two distinct entities.

The public voice could be yet another coalition, that's fine,
the existence of an officially recognized
*OECD Civil Society Reference Group*
is yet another thing of a much greater importance.

Please clarify the relationship between the two.

Internet Economy is a topic that concerns all WSIS stakeholders,
not solely those involved in the IG-Caucus
I look in the the past messages, it was not not clear if it was about the
Ottwa meeting or the Seoul meeting.
The OECD Civil Society Reference Group is seemingly not mentioned,
but I may have passed it

OK, interseting to know

OK, the Public Voice coalition

This is not very clear.
Does this means that public voice is a component of the OECD CS
Reference Group ?
For NGOs to interface with OECD, do they have to join the
OECD CS Reference Group ?

OK, that's fine, the public voice is legitimate to be a coalition
active at the OECD,
what my question is about the recently formed and
officially recognized *OECD Civil Society Reference Group

*In order to join the *OECD Civil Society Reference Group*
do we have to join Public Voice ?
How one can join this "reference group" ?
How it is coordinated ?
Is there a web site ? a mailing list ?

> I hope this answers your questions.

Concerning *Public Voice* yes,
less concerning the *OECD Civil Society Reference Group*
where further information is needed.
When a group is entitled the *OECD Civil Society Reference Group,
* it means that there some kind of institutional recognition attached
to it.
The advent of a structured dialog between an Intergovernmental Organization
and CS is most welcome, but it must be open, better advertised within
WSIS CS,
and clarified.

Best

Francis
