Hello Baudouin and Dr. Khan, 

 

To be eligible for a fellowship / sponsorship for the 11th session of the
CSTD, the request has to be made for a representative of an NGO in ECOSOC
Consultative Status OR of an entity accredited as Civil Society during the
WSIS process.

 

As you know, these are the two categories of status allowing civil society
entities to participate in the proceedings of the CSTD in 2008.

I need some clarifications about requestiong a fellewship:
-is necessary to be a NGO in concultative Status With ECOSOC and/or civil
