Attached is APC's submission on financing ICTs which we tabled for the
UNGIS (UN Group on the Information Society) meeting on financing ICTs
that will take place later this week.

Charles Geiger wrote earlier to this list to alert people to this
meeting and to the deadline for submissions which we 20 September.
