[WSIS CS-Plenary] Translation Issues

Hello everybody
I understand that the team of translators should be foreseen at least to
fulfill the official languages of the CMSI and fundamentally, to facilitate
the world participation.
Voluntary translators? It's possible.
But if it is not possible by means of volunteering, I understand that among
the entities involved in the CMSI it should have many, mainly in the media
area that could help to solve this problem.
If in the budget of the CMSI it was not considered the cost of translating
for example to Spanish, some of those means could make the necessary
contribution to sponsor the necessary translations.

This is not a smaller event. And the topic of the language, the
understanding and the participation are not neither smaller details.

Please excuse possible errors in my English.

Angelica Abdallah García
