Photo badges ??? - Re: [WSIS CS-Plenary] Fw: Information Note (from CS Secretariat on PrepCom3 and Summit)

Those individuals representing organizations accredited to the WSIS 
will be issued a photo badge when we register.  Those accredited for 
the Summit will also be allowed access to the ICT4D section, but those 
accredited only for the ICT4D will not be allowed in the Summit section.
