[WSIS CS-Plenary] CS Plenary Tuesday 5pm?

Dear all,

The following message was sent by the Secretariat to the CS 
bureau list yesterday concerning a civil society plenary meeting 
today (Tuesday) at 5pm in the ITU building.  

I haven't seen this announced anywhere (the meeting proposed 
was for Wednesday morning).  If the meeting is confirmed, I 
suggest a message be posted at the civil society office in the 
middle of Palexpo.   Can any one confirm if the meeting will be 
today?

Please note that Room C of the ITU has been reserved for the Civil 
Society Plenary on Tuesday 9th December from 5:00 to 7:00 pm.
No interpretation will be available.
Please inform all participants of the date and venue of the Plenary.
