[WSIS CS-Plenary] memo from today's plennary

Hi Veni
Did you see a likely "majority" of the audience in our "meeting" applaud
your proposal ?
So if you have a remaining sense of respect for democratic expression,
please don't "fight a lost battle". We need our energy and attention for our
future and still ongoing activity, notably by improving our documents and
gain support of other CS organisations.
By the way I find your thanks rather inappropriate, because they associate
our CS people who really did their best (Sally, Meryem, Bill, ...) with
others who were/are to be facilitators (WSIS CS Bureau) and organisers
(WSIS Secretariat) at our service and paid for their job. Yet they not only
have miserably failed but they also where scandalously absent on our
debates.
At last the CS Secretariat argument ("if they weren't, we ought to be
outside fighting withe the police") is simply unacceptable for any CS
delegate at the Summit.
Therefore CSDPTT protests energically against such allegations and
confusions.

Chairing: Sally
    * To have statement of the CS on the official DP and AP of the
governments by tonight or tomorrow morning.(accredited organizations can
endorse the declaration on their own, too)
    * The caucus to send names for press-contacts
    * press-conference tomorrow (Thu) at 4 p.m.
    * room C at 5p.m. tomorrow (Thu(
    * thanks the Swiss government, the CS Secretariat, Alain, as well as
Sally, Myriam, Karen and Bill for their work. some problems showed up - why
do we have to thank when there's such a bad organisation of the meetings
during the WSIS itself. Argument in favour was that if it wasn't for the CS
Secretariat we would have been outside, clashing with the police. So,
thanks with some reserves about the WSIS itself
