[WSIS CS-Plenary] urgent: WSIS Non-negotiables/Visionary Document

Dear all

In response to valerie's question about the 'Alternative Document'. Our 
proposal is that some of us here in geneva indeed carry forward the work 
that was begun during PrepCom III.

We have agreed to merge the groups working on refining Civil Society 
'non-negotiables' and the 'visionary/alternative' declaration, and will 
have our first working meeting, tomorrow at 1100 (for those here, please 
watch the board for room number confirmation).

Steve Buckley will act as a focal point for this group and i will liase 
with the virtual drafting group.

** we really need to hear back from the drafting group - the group that was 
formed during PrepCom III - as to the status of development of the document 
and process - to confirm that our proposal is acceptable, give us the go 
ahead and send any information re formats, structure, content etc that 
already exists.

If we could hear by tomorrow, that would be very useful**
