[WSIS CS-Plenary] suggestion for WSIS opening speakers

Dear All,

I strongly support the idea that the name of Mrs. Ebadi
would be suggested to Secretary General Kofi Annan
as well as to the president of the PrepComs and ITU
for addressing the General Assembly of the WSIS on
behalf of the CS.

If this would be refused, it could be brought to the press!
