[WSIS CS-Plenary] suggestion for WSIS opening speakers

I support this. There seems to be reasonable agreement about it. So
let's put forward Mrs. Ebadi as one speaker from civil society.
If there are two other slots (ask about that when we suggest Mrs.
Ebadi for the 1st slot) we can discuss later. But let's not waste
time on the one we know already.
Who is the person to deliver this message, Sally or Karen?
