Dear Paul,

Thank you for this.  The Contents and Themes Drafting Group are currently 
working on specific language recommendations to the Draft Declaration of 
Principles, in the same fashion as the document that I sent to this list 
earlier today.  We will certainly look at what you have submitted today, and 
will probably be able to use it when we work on the Civil Society's Draft 
Declaration and Plan of Action...when we start work on that.

In the meantime though, if you have recommended language for the Paras 12-33 of 
the Draft Declaration, then do send it to this list by early morning 
tomorrow...and then for Paras 34 until the end, by tomorrow afternoon.
