Dear Adam,
I think that it is a very important question to be
adressed seriously.
My concern is to find a translation system in 3 or 4
languages as a system and not if somebody can do it
from time to time and making his best.
I ma not able to assume a systematic translation.
As CS and especially NGO from north can take in charge
such a duty.
If we are not able to resolve this problem we will not
be able to resolve the problem of resource
mobilisation to support poor civile society
representatives and we will be in Tunis apllauding and
thanking presidents and organisators...
