[WSIS CS-Plenary] (absence of) suggestion for Tunis meeting

Je suis d'accord aussi avec Meryem sur les questions de la reunion a Tunis, 
la representation de la societe civile, et les priorite pour le moment. 
(Sorry Djilali - just token effort)

Civil Society, and all its components (CS Plenary, C&T Group, Working 
groups, Bureau) must have an open and frank discussion about the future, 
and sort itself out before the first 'official' meeting, which is the 
PrepCom.  The upcoming Bureau meeting and the Tunis meeting have no mandate 
to take any decisions or make any statement on behalf of civil 
society.  But of course, individual civil society members who agree with 
this can play an important role in making known, in Tunis, the huge effort 
that has gone into civil society in terms of organising, the major role we 
played leading up to and at Geneva, and that we are in the process of doing 
so again for this round.    And that we expect the full (hands-off) support 
of the new Secretariat in doing that, and in enabling civil society to 
again play a key role, in ways that we will inform themof in coming months.
