[WSIS CS-Plenary] Virtual Participation - Establishment ofworking group?

Justamente este tema es el que estuvimos tocando en caucus LAC. Nos parece
importante contar con una plataforma para poder realizar mejor nuestros
aportes y nos parece importante que esta plataforma sea en software libre.
Es importante también que se compartan en todas las listas estos avances y
discusiones, para que puedan participar de los mismos la mayor cantidad de
miembros.

Exactly this subject is the one that we were touching in caucus LAC. It
seems important to us to have a platform that facilitates our work and we
create important that this platform is in free software. It is important
also that these advances and discussions share in all the lists, so that can
participate more people.
