Dear Friends,

Following my previous message regarding a Bureau meeting in South 
Africa, we have finally received this afternoon some green light. I 
urgently ask all those who can make it, to book the most economic 
fare to Cape Town to meet Sunday, 5 December, in the afternoon and 
Monday, 6 December, in the morning.  A provisional agenda will be 
sent at a later stage.

Viola will help with all logistical arrangements, including 
accommodation. Please contact her also for any help you might need 
for travel.

You need to finance yourself and you will be reimbursed as in 
previous fellowship arrangements. It is a very tight time frame, but 
we should try to make it.

Chers amis,

suite à mon message précédent concernant une réunion du Bureau de la 
Société Civile en Afrique du Sud, cet après-midi nous avons enfin 
reçu le feu vert. Je demande urgemment à tous ceux qui le peuvent de 
réserver le vol le moins cher pour Cape Town afin de nous réunir le 
dimanche 5 décembre après-midi et le lundi 6 décembre matin. Un 
agenda provisoire vous sera envoyé plus tard. Viola va aider pour 
tous les arrangements logistiques, y compris le logement.
Veuillez svp la contacter pour toute aide dont vous auriez besoin 
pour le voyage. Vous devez vous financer vous-mêmes et vous serez 
remboursés comme lors d'arrangements précédents. C'est un délai très 
court, mais nous devrions essayer d'y arriver.
